About Us
The Fillmore was envisioned, designed, stocked, and staffed with one mission in mind to inspire local love, to invigorate downtown Manistee, to preserve the past of this beautiful place and move it into the future! Our dream was born from a love for beach towns in Northern Michigan, historic buildings, and a passion for great, fresh food that can be enjoyed with family and friends!
Our place is authentic. Our unique restaurant located in historic Manistee was, originally built as a tailor shop and ice house in 1896; the maple floors and brick are real and original, just like our food and drinks! Weekly, we procure the best beers from around Michigan and you can find them on draft! Along with an ever-changing selection of wine, craft cocktails (primarily made with Michigan spirits), and locally derived espresso.
We strive to provide an unforgettable guest experience to each and every customer – every time.
